The aim of my eight week course for Improvers is to build the skills you already have, or have learned on the Beginners course, and to develop your technique in all strokes, including butterfly.
Building stamina and fitness, learning to dive and performing deep water exercises, you will increase your confidence and become a stronger all round swimmer.
